The Happy Bride Guide are recruiting! HBG will be the largest printed publication of wedding suppliers available at all major wedding fairs, events, shows & selected hotels and retailers. We also boast an online directory.

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Field Sales Executive to join our team.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sales success selling B2B adverting space either online or in a printed publication.  The role will require you to meet with business owners to sell advertising space in our publication, along with meeting corporate clients re partnership opportunities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated professional responsible for their own performance.  Although field sales experience is desirable, more important is your ability to enthusiastically and proficiently demonstrate gaining an understanding of the customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business across all sectors of the wedding industry.
  • Attending appointments either at the customer’s premises or arranged location.
  • Deliver a company presentation.
  • Recommend and advise package specifically based on customers needs.

Requirements:

  • 1 years + proven track-record in sales, preferably field sales
  •  Demonstrable experience of meeting new business targets
  • A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
  • Well presented and professional
  • Personal drive, tenacity and energy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results orientated
  • Good sense of fun
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Car/driving licence..etc etc

  •  Delivering well researched, highly qualified sales leads.
